When a first-time buyer hit a tough lender on a hard-to-finance home, Makura chased it down relentlessly and did whatever it took to get them to the closing table and into their first home.
Every year, Makura personally delivers fresh apple pies from a local Montrose baker to her clients, new homeowners and longtime favorites alike. It is a full day of driving, visiting, and seeing how people are settling in. She calls it her favorite day of the year.
